Non-Personal Information

We use information you give us to enhance many aspects of the Service, but without sharing any personally identifiable demographic data about you. TikToma  automatically logs information such as IP addresses and browser types for many general purposes. We collect this information for reporting, advertising, fraud prevention, and violations of our Terms of Use Agreement. TikToma  use the aggregate information we collect to improve the Service and your experience while visiting.




We do not give any personally identifiable information you provide to third parties except for limited technology service providers (e.g. for processing credit cards, for tracking general site metrics, etc). We use reasonable efforts to limit their use of such information. We may also provide information to comply with a valid legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order, or to otherwise comply with law enforcement. TikToma  also reserves the right to disclose personally identifiable information and/or Non personally- identifiable information that TikToma  believes, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to enforce our Terms of Use Agreement, take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend itself against any third-party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, to protect the security or integrity of our web site, and to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of TikToma , our users or others. We do send periodic email communications, sometimes using a third-party email service, to users who have registered or subscribed to our mailing list to inform people of updates to the Service, new content that's been added of updated, welcome letters, notices of comments, and for other purposes such as promotions from our advertisers. We do share non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous user usage data, referring / exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third-parties to assist them in understanding the usage patterns for certain content, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality on TikToma services.

TikToma's Commitment To Privacy of Children:

Protecting the privacy of children is very important to us. For that reason, TikToma does not knowingly collect or maintain any personally identifiable information on the Service from persons under 18 years of age, and no part of our Service or web sites are directed to persons under 18. If you are under 18 years of age, then you are not authorized to use or access TikToma's web sites at any time nor in any manner. If TikToma  learns that personally identifiable information of persons under 18 years of age has been published on the Service, then TikToma will take the immediate, appropriate steps to remove this information, and may take the additional step of reporting to legal authorities.
